Welcome back! In today's video Jenny will be showing you how to make yellow spilt peas amaranth soup! This soup is so delicious, so make sure to watch it!

Recipe:

2 cups yellow spilt peas

1 cup frozen corn (thawed out)

1/4 cup amaranth grains

1/2 an onion chopped

2 garlic cloves chopped

1 teaspoon fresh sage chopped

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

 4 cups of water


Cook for low pressure for 15 miniutes. Make sure to take off the keep warm button! After it's finish cooking sprinkle fresh chopped chives or chili flakes for taste!
