Welcome back! In today's video Caleb will be showing you how to make potato scallop that is smackalicious and creamy!

Recipe:

Sauce

1 cup of sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon rosemary

1 tablespoon of chopped chives

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 an onion chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 cups of water

1 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon sage


Filling

1.5 pounds of potatoes

1/2 onion sliced

2 tablespoon chopped chives

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chilli flakes
