Thanks for taking the time today, and stopping off at the Berkeley Chefs cooking channel. In today's video, Jenny Berkeley will be showing you how to bake/make a pumpkin recipe. So lets jump right into the COOKING! 


2 cups light spelt flour

1/2 whole spelt flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp baking powder 

1/8 tsp sea Salt 

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp stevia powder

1/4 tsp cardamon powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg powder

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1 cup pumpkin puree 

1/2 cup maple syrup 

1/4 cup avocado oil

 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

 1/2 cup chocolate chips


1 tbsp chocolate chips

1 tbsp chopped walnuts
