Recipe:
400 grams or ~ 3 1/4 cups of bread flour
280 grams or ~ 1 1/4 cups of clean water
30 grams or 2 tbsp of cane sugar
2 grams or 1/2 tsp of sea salt
4 grams or 1 tsp of yeast
Oven dish: A standard 9" loaf pan.
Preheat the Oven at 175°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when you tap it.
