Easy Homemade Bread for Beginners. You are in the right place if that is what you want. The process is simple, and the results are terrific. It requires simple ingredients that you most likely have in your kitchen!

No bread-baking experience? This simple bread dough recipe is easy to follow along, plus you can turn it into pizza, sandwich bread, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, you name it! Bread is a favourite here at the Berkeley Chefs. This is the fluffiest, easiest bread guide. Stick around for the video.

400 grams or ~ 3 1/4 cups of bread flour

280 grams or ~ 1 1/4 cups of clean water 

30 grams or 2 tbsp of cane sugar

2 grams or 1/2 tsp of sea salt

4 grams or 1 tsp of yeast

Oven dish: A standard 9" loaf pan.

 Preheat the Oven at 175°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when you tap it.
