This milkshake contains hemp bliss milk, dates, protein powder, hemp seeds, tigernut powder, and cinnamon powder! The result is easy, sweet, and creamy hemp milkshake.

To make this delicious hemp milkshake soak 8 dates for a few hours to overnight. After it's soaked pour in 1 1/2 cup of hemp bliss milk into a high speed blender with 1 tablespoon of tigernut powder and hemp seeds.

Also add in 1 scoop of Sun Warrior protein powder and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Close the blender and blend for about a minute. And there you go, that's how to make delicious hemp milkshake. It's super quick and only takes 10 minutes to make.

Recipe:

8 dates soaked in 1/2 cup of hemp bliss milk
1 1/2 cups of hemp bliss milk
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 scoop of Sun Warrior protein powder
1 tbsp of tigernut powder
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
