Recipe:

Veggie Rice

500 g of veggie rice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup sugar snap peas / cut into 1 inch

1/2 cup edamame 

1/4 cup of yellow onion diced

2 garlic cloves minced

1 inch ginger, minced


Sauce

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 tbsp soya sauce

1/2 tbsp coconut vinegar

1 tsp coconut sugar


Other

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

1/2 tsp black sesame seeds

1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
