1 cup of whole spelt

1 cup of light spelt

1/2 cup of Vegan chocolate chips, chopped crystalized ginger, coconut sugar, and chopped walnuts

2 tbsp of hemp seeds

1 tsp orange zest, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon powder, and stevia powder

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp of baking soda

1/3 cup of avocado oil

2/3 cup of almond milk

1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
