Jenny's Creamy Chickpea Curry Recipe

Oh boy! Jenny's Creamy Chickpea Curry! Mmmm! This chickpea curry is absolutely delcious! It's

1 medium onion, chopped

3 garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1/3 cup coconut yogurt

2 cups cooked chickpea

1 cup cauliflower

your cashew cream

2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro for garnish

To make the Cashew Cream

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked and rinsed

3/4 cup water to blend into cream
