Jenny's Creamy Chickpea Curry Recipe

Oh boy! Jenny's Creamy Chickpea Curry! Mmmm! This chickpea curry is absolutely delcious! It's

Following Jenny's Creamy Chickpea Curry, you'll have the perfect, creamy and healthy curry. Curry is one of our favourite things to eat. Perfect with rice, naan, roti, or even just alone. Jenny's Creamy Chickpea Curry is a hit! Try make and let us know how it turns out. 

Recipe:

1 medium onion, chopped

3 garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1/3 cup coconut yogurt

2 cups cooked chickpea

1 cup cauliflower

your cashew cream

2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro for garnish


To make the Cashew Cream

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked and rinsed

3/4 cup water to blend into cream
